Shipping and Transportation Policy
We aim to process your order within three business days. Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email notification with shipment details.
Shipping Methods and Timeframe
To provide you with the best prices, we offer two shipping options:
- For lightweight items (under 1 kg), we use air shipping through small e-commerce packets. Orders are processed within three days, and a tracking number will be provided. Generally, delivery takes up to three weeks.
- For larger items, due to higher shipping costs, we use sea shipping. Orders are processed within five days and are shipped via cargo vessels to the nearest port in your country. The sea shipping stage usually takes 4-6 weeks. Once the package reaches the port, a local courier will pick it up and provide you with a tracking number for ground transportation, which typically takes up to ten days.
Please note that these are approximate timeframes, and delivery times may vary depending on various factors.
Shipment Insurance
All packages are insured. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during shipment or delivery, we will cover the cost. In case of an issue with your order, please contact customer service for assistance, and we will guide you through the claim process.
Cost-Effective Shipping
Given the high cost of air shipping, we provide free sea shipping as the most affordable option for larger items. While this method takes longer, it allows us to keep your shipping costs low.
Tracking Information
Once your package reaches its destination warehouse, you will receive a tracking number for ground transportation. However, please note that tracking will only be available after the cargo vessel arrives at the port.
