Refund and Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Our company offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, effective from the delivery date. Please review and follow the guidelines outlined below:

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. The returned item must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Returns will not be accepted unless the product is damaged due to a mistake by the seller. In these cases, we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. The item must not have lost its resale value.

Gift items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

When returning an item, you must provide the airbill number and clear photos of the returned package after dispatch. It’s recommended that you take a photo of the item before returning it for your own records.

If the recipient is unable to receive the package within four months, a full refund will be issued.

Partial refunds may apply in certain cases, such as if the product is damaged, missing parts, or returned after the 14-day window.

Refunds may not be granted in some situations, including:

  • If the product’s original packaging or documentation is missing
  • If the packaging has been opened or damaged
  • If the package is lost in transit and we do not receive it

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. You will be notified by email about the status of your refund.

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund with no questions asked.

If the package is not claimed within four months, we will issue a full refund.

For returns requested between 14 days and 4 months, a $35 fee will be deducted to cover shipping costs.

In the event of delayed or missing refunds, you may seek legal recourse.

Please verify with your bank to ensure the refund has been processed, as there may be a delay. If you do not receive the refund within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Exchanges may be considered if the product is defective or damaged. We only offer repairs for defective or non-functional items.

Shipping Costs
Only one shipping charge will apply for the return and replacement of products. There will be no restocking fees for returned items.
